About the Role

We are looking for motivated and experienced Admissions & Visa Counsellors to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the complete study-abroad journey, from initial counselling and university selection to application processing, admission, and visa assistance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to work towards application and enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and destinations.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, financial situation, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable courses and universities based on student profiles.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications.

Admissions Processing

- Assist students with university/course selection and application procedures.
- Collect and verify academic and supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit university applications within deadlines.
- Coordinate with universities and international education partners regarding applications and admissions.
- Follow up on offers, deposits, CAS/CoE or other relevant admission documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and student status.

Visa Counselling & Processing

- Guide students through the visa application process and documentation requirements.
- Review financial, academic, and other supporting documents for completeness.
- Assist students in preparing visa applications and supporting documentation.
- Conduct visa interview preparation and provide guidance on common interview questions.
- Keep updated with relevant visa requirements and policy changes.
- Coordinate with students and relevant teams until the visa process is completed.

Follow-up & Conversion





- Follow up consistently with leads and applicants.
- Maintain a solid application pipeline and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Track student progress from enquiry to enrolment and visa approval.
- Update CRM/application management systems regularly.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in overseas education, admissions, visa counselling, or study-abroad consultancy preferred.
- Strong knowledge of popular study destinations such as the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Ireland, and Europe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple student applications simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

- Passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling visa and admission documents.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with changing university and visa requirements.
- Previous experience with student recruitment targets will be an advantage.
