Position: Adjunct Faculty – Human Resource Management & Behavioural Science

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Human Resource Management (HRM), Organisational Behaviour, Behavioural Science, and related areas.
- Teach topics such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Advantages, Employee Relations, Leadership, Motivation, Team Dynamics, Emotional Intelligence, and Workplace Behaviour.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
- Use case-based, experiential, and industry-oriented teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
- Conduct classroom discussions, presentations, group activities, simulations, and other interactive learning exercises.
- Evaluate assignments, internal assessments, examinations, and student performance as per university guidelines.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, presentations, internships, and career-related activities.
- Bring relevant industry practices, HR trends, workplace examples, and practical insights into classroom teaching.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, guest lectures, conferences, FDPs, and other academic activities as required.
- Coordinate with the department and faculty members for effective course delivery and academic planning.
- Maintain academic records and complete all teaching-related responsibilities within prescribed timelines.




- Undertake other academic responsibilities as assigned by the department/university.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Management / Business Administration / Organisational Behaviour / Psychology / Behavioural Science or a closely related discipline from a recognised university.
- Candidates with relevant teaching and/or industry experience in HR and behavioural sciences will be preferred.
- Strong academic record and relevant research/publication experience will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of HRM and Behavioural Science concepts and their practical applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to make theoretical concepts practical through real-world examples and case studies.
- Strong student engagement, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry exposure in HR would be an added advantage.
