Role & responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities and customer account reconciliation.
- Prepare and monitor customer outstanding statements.
- Follow up with customers for timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Ensure accurate posting and allocation of customer receipts.
- Performe regular reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor ageing reports and highlight overdue accounts to management.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding outstanding payments, credit limits and collection status.
- Support month-end closing and AR-related reporting.

Customer Support

- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments, outstanding balances and account statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure timely resolution of queries.




- Follow up with customers regarding payment commitments and documentation.

Maintain proper records of customer communications and follow-ups

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and basic accounting principles.
- Positive reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Accounts and other internal teams.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple customer accounts.

Preferred Profile Candidates with 14 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, customer support or related accounting functions will be preferred. DOMESTIC CANDIDATES PREFFED
