Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AR Caller to join our US Healthcare RCM team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), denial management, insurance follow-up, and outstanding claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform AR follow-up on outstanding and unpaid claims with US insurance companies.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status, denials, underpayments, and payment issues.
- Identify the reason for claim denials and rejections and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and understand claim/payment details.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections, documentation, and resubmissions.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and claim status.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1+ year of relevant experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare RCM.
- Hands-on experience in AR Calling / Insurance Follow-up / Denial Management.
- Valuable understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Good knowledge of insurance companies, claim status, denials, and payment follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a US Night Shift environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Familiarity with EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS will be an added advantage.

Cab facility available for candidates residing within the company transport grid.

- Candidates with 1+ year of US Healthcare AR Calling experience
