We're Hiring | Accounts Executive

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to work with an international team? We're expanding our Offshore operations and are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our growing team!

Location: Vadodara

Position: Accounts Executive (Dubai Offshore)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
- Handle Purchase Order (PO) & Sales Order (SO) invoicing
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare payment schedules and support month-end closing
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Hands-on experience with PO/SO invoicing and vendor management
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a corporate or offshore accounting workplace is preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
