Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Commerce subjects to students of Classes XI and XII as per CBSE curriculum and school academic guidelines.

- Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.

- Develop students' conceptual understanding of Accountancy and related Commerce subjects.

- Conduct regular tests, pre-board examinations, assessments, and remedial classes.

- Analyse students' academic performance and provide individual support wherever required.

- Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations through revision plans, practice papers, and examination-oriented guidance.

- Incorporate case studies, real-life business examples, presentations, discussions, and practical activities into classroom teaching.

- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning setting.

- Coordinate with parents and school management regarding students' academic progress and development.

- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, professional development programmes, school events, and academic activities.
