About the Role: We are looking for a person for Accounts Payable role who have an experience from a fintech company or any related entity and can Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems, Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments, assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process and Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting. Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Oversee the accounts payable department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports2.

Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures3.



Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations4. Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy5.

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices6. Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices7. Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics8.

Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations9. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable10. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices3.

Experience in managing a team of accounts payable professionals8.
