nExperience: 3–5 years The RolenCharyas is building a growing food and ingredients business from Ahmedabad, with expanding domestic and international operations.

nWe are looking for a hands-on Accounts & GST Lead who can independently manage accounting, GST/TDS, reconciliations, vendor/customer accounts and monthly closure.

nThis is a practical ownership role for someone who wants to move beyond routine accounting and become a dependable internal finance operator as the company grows.

Responsibilitiesn

- Day-to-day accounting and ledger management

- GST preparation, reconciliation and compliance
n
- TDS calculations, payments and return coordination
n
- Bank, vendor and customer reconciliations
n
- Accounts payable and receivable tracking
n
- Monthly book closure and finalisation support
n
- Vendor payments and documentation
n
- E-invoicing / e-way bills where applicable
n
- Coordination with CA and external advisers
n
- Compliance calendar and record maintenance
n
- Basic MIS and monthly finance reporting
