Job Position Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Role Overview

Own and drive end-to-end finance operations, ensuring 100% compliance, zero delays, and accurate financial reporting. Lead the finance function to deliver strong controls, timely execution, and actionable insights for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Finance Operations & Reporting
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, month-end closure, and timely invoicing.
- Deliver MIS, ageing, and cash flow reports with actionable insights.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Compliance & Audits
- Maintain 100% compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA/ROC, and RBI filings.
- Lead audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Receivables, Payables & Banking
- Accelerate collections and optimise receivables.




- Control vendor payouts and ensure adherence to approval processes.
- Manage bank reconciliations and fund flow effectively.
- Leadership
- Strengthen SOPs, controls, and monitoring to minimise errors.
- Provide explicit financial visibility and decision support to management.

Requirements

- 7–10 years in Accounts & Finance with strong ownership mindset.
- Expertise in GST, taxation, compliance.
- Strong reporting skills (MIS, cash flow, ageing).
- High attention to detail, execution focus, and stakeholder management.

Education

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (preferred)
