We are looking for an Accounting Executive – GST Compliance to independently handle GST compliance activities for clients, including registrations, return filing, reconciliations, and resolution of GST-related queries. The role requires good knowledge of GST regulations, attention to detail, and robust client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle GST registrations, amendments, cancellations, and related applications.

- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns.

- Perform GST reconciliations, including reconciliation of Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2B.

- Review GST-related data and invoices for accuracy and compliance.

- Handle e-invoicing and e-way bill requirements, wherever applicable.

- Monitor GST compliance deadlines and ensure timely filing for assigned clients.

- Coordinate with clients for collection of required documents and information.

- Assist in handling GST notices, departmental queries, assessments, and other compliance matters.





- Maintain proper records and documentation of GST filings and related correspondence.

- Keep updated with changes in GST laws, rules, notifications, circulars, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in GST compliance/taxation, preferably in a CA firm, tax consultancy, or accounting firm.

- Good knowledge of GST return filing, registration, ITC, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.

- Working knowledge of the GST Portal.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Tally/accounting software is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet statutory deadlines.

- Attention to detail and a responsible approach towards compliance work.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
