About the Role

AAUM Paper Products Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Accounts Executive to manage vendor billings, reconciliations, and stock audits in coordination with the factory team. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, coordination between Head Office and factory operations, and the ability to ensure audit‑ready documentation.

Responsibilities

- Manage vendor billings, invoice verification, and timely payment processing.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable, receivable, and bank statements.
- Coordinate with factory team for stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and material accounting.
- Support Head Office in preparing MIS reports on vendor payments, stock positions, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, PF, ESI, and TDS.
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation for statutory and internal audits.
- Visit Harohalli factory once a week to coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
- Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.




- 2–4 years of experience in accounts operations, preferably in manufacturing or paper bag industry.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting software and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation tools).
- Familiarity with statutory compliance: GST, PF, ESI, TDS.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

- Candidates must be legally eligible to work under Indian labour laws.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in factory accounts and HO coordination.
