Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: North Hadapsar, Pune

Salary: ₹25k-30k/ month

Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM

About the Role

We’re hiring an Accounts Executive to support the financial and administrative operations of a growing product development and advanced manufacturing business. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for bookkeeping, invoicing, GST-related coordination, receivables and payables, payroll records, vendor management, and office administration. You’ll also work closely with the CA and founders to maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and provide periodic MIS reports that help with day-to-day business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping: sales/purchase entries, bank reconciliation, petty cash
- Prepare and issue GST-compliant invoices; manage credit notes, cancellations, and amendments
- Coordinate with the CA for GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Track receivables and follow up on client payments; manage payables to vendors and suppliers




- Maintain payroll records and support HR-related admin (attendance, leave tracking, onboarding paperwork)
- Manage office administration — vendor contracts, utility payments, procurement of consumables/office supplies
- Maintain organized financial records and generate periodic MIS reports (P&L; snapshots, expense summaries) for founders

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent); Tally experience required
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting/admin, preferably in a small business or manufacturing setup
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple ongoing tasks

Nice to Have

- Experience with GST invoice discrepancy resolution / amendment filing
- Familiarity with Swipe or similar accounting software
