Walter Cuminns Shipping Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, payment entries and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments and collections.
- Assist with monthly financial closing and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.
- Support GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
