Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain books of accounts and accounting records for clients.

- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and other accounting transactions.

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

- Assist in preparation of financial statements and schedules.

- Work on accounting software such as Tally / TallyPrime and MS Excel.

Audit

- Assist in statutory, tax and internal audit assignments.

- Verify vouchers, invoices, ledgers, bank statements and other supporting documents.

- Perform basic audit procedures and reconciliation of financial information.

- Assist in preparation of audit working papers and documentation.

- Identify discrepancies and bring them to the attention of the senior/team leader.

GST & Taxation

- Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation.

- Assist in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and related compliance work.





- Assist in TDS calculations, return preparation and reconciliation.

- Assist in income-tax return preparation and related documentation.

Other Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.

- Coordinate with clients for obtaining accounting and audit-related information.

- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of client information.

- Support the team in completing assignments within prescribed timelines.

- Learn and apply applicable accounting, auditing and taxation provisions.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
