About TRUE Artis
TRUE Artis is a fast-growing cosmetic and aesthetic surgery group focused on delivering safe, outcome-driven surgical and non-surgical care. As we scale our center network, we're building a strong finance function to support accurate reporting, cost control, and data-led decision-making across the business.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to manage core accounting operations and support business finance for TRUE Artis. This role owns day-to-day bookkeeping, compliance, and MIS reporting, while also partnering with leadership on budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end books of accounts, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end/year-end closing
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; manage audit documentation and closures
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal financial controls
Business Finance & MIS
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, and cash flow summaries for leadership review
- Support budgeting, variance analysis, and cost-control initiatives across centers
- Build financial models and analyses to support pricing, new center feasibility, and investment decisions
- Track center-wise profitability and flag areas of financial concern proactively
- Partner with the Founder's Office on ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives
Process & Systems
- Work with the CRM/automation team to streamline expense entry, vendor billing, and petty cash processes
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve accuracy of financial data flows
- Maintain clean, audit-ready financial documentation and records
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and advanced Excel; exposure to financial modeling is a plus
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospital chain, or multi-location service business is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a lean finance team

- Experience working alongside automation/CRM systems to reduce manual entry errors
