Accounts Executive – Job OpeningJob Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting verification, financial transactions, cash flow operations, and reporting for our GCC operations. The role will involve regular coordination with GCC offices, verification of financial records, and support for Indian accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and practical experience in handling daily financial operations. Odoo knowledge is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and manage daily accounting transactions
- Monitor and verify daily cash flow and banking activities
- Prepare and verify cash flow statements and bank reconciliations with GCC offices
- Verify bills, expenses, and vendor invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Prepare P&L; statements and verify Balance Sheets
- Coordinate with GCC offices for financial data and reporting
- Conduct daily verification of financial transactions and accounting entries
- Handle basic Indian accounting activities




- Support the accounts team in maintaining proper financial documentation and records

Requirements
- B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance
- Proven experience in accounting and financial verification
- Odoo software knowledge is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software
- Experience with GCC accounting / financial operations will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different teams

Basic GST knowledge will be an added advantage but is not a primary requirement.
