Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 1–2 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of General Ledger (GL) accounting, Tally, Zoho Books, GST, and journal entries. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience, robust attention to detail, and good communication skills. Telugu language proficiency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

- Prepare and post journal entries accurately in the accounting system.

- Maintain and update General Ledger (GL) accounts.

- Perform ledger scrutiny and identify accounting discrepancies.

- Handle Tally/Tally Prime and Zoho Books for accounting transactions.

- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

- Assist with GST accounting, reconciliation, and documentation.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

- Ensure accurate classification and posting of accounting transactions.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare account schedules and supporting documents.

- Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, receipts, and vouchers.





- Assist the senior finance team with financial reports and other accounting requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in accounting.

- Good practical knowledge of GL Accounting.

- Hands-on experience with Tally/Tally Prime.

- Working knowledge of Zoho Books.

- Good understanding of GST and GST-related accounting.

- Strong knowledge of journal entries and ledger maintenance.

- Knowledge of bank and account reconciliations.

- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Good analytical and numerical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Telugu communication skills preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with practical experience in GL accounting, journal posting, GST, and reconciliations will be preferred.

- Should be comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.

- Should have good communication and coordination skills.

- Candidates who can communicate effectively in Telugu will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
