Role & responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities using Tally.

- Create and maintain sales, purchase and other business invoices.

- Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, vouchers and financial entries.

- Handle GST returns and GST-related compliance, including data preparation and reconciliation.

- Handle TDS calculations, payments and return filing.

- Handle PF-related compliance and filings.

- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records of transactions.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding entries/payments.

- Assist with monthly closing, reports and other accounting requirements.

- Coordinate with the CA/auditor for taxation, compliance and financial matters.

- Ensure accounting and statutory records are maintained accurately and on time.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.





- Strong practical knowledge of Tally is required.

- Hands-on experience with GST filing, TDS filing and PF filing.

- Good knowledge of invoicing, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.

- Should be comfortable independently handling routine accounting and statutory compliance work.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Candidates from automobile, EV, manufacturing or trading companies will be preferred.

- Should have good attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
