Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Nashik. The Accountant will manage daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, assisting with payroll processing, and supporting monthly and annual closing of accounts. The role also involves preparing basic financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.



The Accountant will contribute to cost tracking for packaging and container operations and help improve financial controls and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing accurately.
- Understanding of taxation basics, GST, and compliance with local financial regulations.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, procurement, and management teams.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
