Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: 7–8+ Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers and update bank passbook.
- Handle bank reconciliation and banking transactions.
- Manage payable, receivable and outstanding follow-ups.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS returns and related documents.
- Handle e-invoice and e-way bill generation.
- Prepare GST/TDS reconciliation and audit documents.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
- Assist in monthly and yearly account closing.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Maintain proper accounting and audit records.
- Support junior accounting staff and ensure timely completion of work.

Required Skills:
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS 24Q, 26Q, and Form 26AS reconciliation.




- Good knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and finalization of accounts.
- Good knowledge of bank reconciliation, receivables, payables, and ledger management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Candidate Profile We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 7–8+ years of experience, preferably from a manufacturing company. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, banking, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and finalization of accounts.
