Accountant – Job Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and ledger entries.
- Handle GST-related accounting, including GST invoices, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Prepare and maintain customer and supplier ledgers and conduct regular reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify bank transactions.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and expense summaries.




- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and taxation purposes.
- Assist in GST returns, annual accounts, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage inventory and stock-related accounting entries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, auditors, and management regarding accounting matters.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Office, and basic accounting procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
