Nexcorp Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, GST compliance, and financial reporting activities.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, Income Tax, TDS, accounting, and financial statements. Candidates with knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical/surgical products manufacturing industry will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally ERP.
- Record and maintain purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance and other financial statements.
- Handle complete GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliation, input tax credit and related documentation.
- Manage GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and other applicable GST compliances.
- Handle Income Tax, TDS and other taxation-related work.
- Prepare and file TDS returns and maintain proper TDS records.
- Assist in tax calculations, assessments, notices and other statutory requirements.
- Perform GST reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with CA, tax consultants,



auditors and statutory authorities whenever required.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections.
- Handle any other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in Tally ERP is required.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Ability to independently prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines and statutory compliances.
- Pharmaceutical / surgical product industry knowledge or experience will be preferred.

Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation and GST compliance is preferred.
