Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in North Delhi. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and payroll support.

The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. The Accountant will assist in budgeting and forecasting, support audits,



and provide financial analysis to management for decision-making. Collaboration with operations and other departments is expected to ensure timely billing, cost tracking, and financial reporting aligned with the company’s testing and laboratory services.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial accounting and reporting, including general ledger management and preparation of balance sheets and income statements.
- Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable processes, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance relevant to laboratory and service-based businesses.
- Experience with accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a testing laboratory, manufacturing, or technical services setting is preferred.
