Job Title: Accountant

Place of Location : Balasore/Baripada

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the organization’s financial health through accurate accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records such as ledgers, journals, and balance sheets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings
- Prepare and maintain payroll records (if applicable)
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Monitor financial transactions and report any irregularities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role




- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, advance Excel)
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of taxation and financial regulations

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Optional (Preferred):

- Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA, or MBA (Finance)
- Experience in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
