We are hiring Junior and Senior Accountants with hands-on experience in Export–Import accounting, Tally, GST, TDS, AP/AR and reconciliations .
Candidates with 2–3 years of experience may be considered for Junior Accountant, while candidates with 3–4+ years and closing/reporting exposure may be considered for Senior Accountant.
Export–Import accounting experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime / Tally ERP .
- Handle Export–Import accounting, invoices and related documentation .
- Manage AP/AR, invoicing, journal entries and ledger scrutiny.
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Handle GST,
TDS and taxation-related documentation .
- Support monthly closing, Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet preparation.
- Maintain vouchers, expense records and financial documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal teams.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Mandatory Export–Import accounting experience .
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP .
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, AP/AR and reconciliations .
- Positive understanding of journal entries and ledger accounting.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel , including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
