Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the recruitment process for faculty and staff, including job postings, interview scheduling, and final selection.
Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisals and provide guidance for staff development.
Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and college policies. Develop and implement HR policies as needed.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate career development programs for employees.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and ensure equitable compensation practices.
Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as required.
Operations : Handling the Day-to-Day affairs of the institution.

MBA

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records, ledgers, vouchers and cash book.
- Manage student fee collection, receivables and vendor payments.
- Process payroll, salary and statutory deductions.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare MIS, financial statements and audit documents.
- Support budgeting and financial planning.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Com (Mandatory); M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 2–5 years of Accounting & Finance experience.
- Experience in educational institutions preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Word and Zoho.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll and Financial Reporting.
- Good analytical, communication and organizational skills.
