/n /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Manager with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a D2C, e-commerce, retail, fashion or consumer brand. /n The person will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliance coordination and ensuring that the company's books and financial records are accurate and up to date. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.

/n

- Handle bank reconciliations and ensure timely identification and closure of discrepancies.

/n

- Manage payment gateway reconciliations, including matching customer orders, payments received, gateway deductions, refunds and settlements.

/n

- Reconcile receipts from Shopify, marketplaces, payment gateways, COD partners and other sales channels.

/n

- Track accounts receivable and payable and coordinate for outstanding payments.

/n

- Maintain vendor ledgers and undertake regular vendor reconciliations.

/n

- Ensure proper recording of sales, purchases, expenses, credit notes, debit notes and refunds.

/n

- Coordinate and ensure timely compliance relating to GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.

/n

- Work closely with the company's external CA/accounting, legal,



payroll and compliance partners, providing them with required information and documentation.

/n

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, deductions and accounting with the external payroll agency.

/n

- Support monthly and annual book closure, audits and preparation of MIS.

/n

- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, contracts, payment records and statutory filings.

/n

- Highlight reconciliation gaps, overdue receivables, unusual expenses or financial discrepancies to management.

/n /n Candidate Profile /n /n

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

/n

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.

/n

- Prior experience with a D2C/e-commerce business is strongly preferred.

/n

- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

/n

- Understanding of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliances.

/n

- Experience with payment gateways, Shopify and marketplace reconciliations will be a strong advantage.

/n

- Comfortable coordinating independently with CAs, auditors, lawyers, payroll agencies and other external partners.

/n

- Strong attention to detail, follow-through and ability to work with deadlines.

/n /n What We Are Looking For /n This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the books, follows transactions through to closure and does not leave reconciliation or compliance issues unresolved. /n The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the fast-moving setting of a growing D2C business and be able to provide management with accurate and timely financial information.
