Salary: INR 40,000 – 60,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Gurgaon Haryana and support the accounting, compliance, and financial operations of our growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Process and review sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliations.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow reports,



and financial schedules for management.
- Support multi-currency accounting and international transactions across various markets.

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer goods, lifestyle, or e-commerce businesses is preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing reconciliations, month-end closing, and statutory compliance.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory accounting and stock management.
- Exposure to international business transactions and foreign currency accounting.
- Experience working with auditors and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
