About us

Aruna Industrial Parks is a Chennai-based developer of Grade-A industrial and warehousing parks in the Oragadam and Sriperumbudur corridor. We are a small, fast-growing team that also has new ventures in solar energy. You will work directly with the Founding Partner and the Senior Accountant.

The role

You will independently run the books and compliance for the group entities, and handle the personal accounts and tax filings of the promoters. We need someone who can own accounts end to end rather than only post entries.

What you will do

- Maintain books in Tally for multiple entities, including bank, vendor and tenant reconciliations
- Prepare and file monthly GST returns and reconcile input credit with GSTR-2B
- Handle TDS deduction, payment, quarterly returns (24Q / 26Q) and certificates
- Prepare the monthly MIS: cash flow, income and expenditure, and budget vs actuals
- Raise rent invoices and follow up on receivables
- Process payroll and make statutory and utility payments on time
- Maintain promoter accounts,



advance tax workings and income tax filing data
- Coordinate with auditors, the company secretary and banks
- Keep a compliance calendar so that no filing is late and no penalty is incurred

What we are looking for

- B.Com or M.Com. CA Inter, or completed articleship, is a solid plus
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience in real estate, leasing or a CA firm is preferred
- Strong Tally Prime and Excel skills
- Working knowledge of the GST, TRACES and income tax portals
- Experience handling more than one entity at a time
- Clear written English for emails to vendors, tenants and auditors
- High integrity and discretion, as you will handle confidential financial information
- Ability to join within 15 to 30 days
