Job Title: Accountant & Sales Coordination Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Accountant & Sales Coordination Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and follow up with sales leads. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, basic accounting principles, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Office Work

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, receipts, payments, and expense records.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation, and outstanding payment records.
- Assist with GST-related data and other routine accounting compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of records in Tally.

Sales Lead Follow-up

- Call and follow up with incoming sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, samples, and enquiries.
- Maintain a record of calls, customer discussions, and follow-up status.




- Follow up with prospective customers until the enquiry is converted or closed.
- Provide regular updates on lead status to the management.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is essential.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Ability to manage accounts work along with customer follow-ups.
- Organized, sincere, and comfortable working independently.
- Prior experience in sales calling or customer coordination will be an advantage.
