We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the organisation in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain proper records of cash and bank transactions.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding salary, reimbursements, and related financial matters.
- Assist with payroll-related accounting activities.
- Ensure timely submission of required financial information to management.
- Support the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.




- Assist auditors and management during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–3 years preferred

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
