We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to keep our finances accurate, organised, and moving at the pace of the business. /n What you'll do /n /n

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense records.

/n

- Prepare and issue client invoices; track collections and follow up on outstanding payments.

/n

- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments while maintaining proper approvals and documentation.

/n

- Maintain project-wise cost, revenue, and profitability records for agency campaigns and retainers.

/n

- Support monthly closing activities, including ledger scrutiny, accruals, reconciliations, and management reports.

/n

- Prepare GST, TDS,



and other statutory working papers; coordinate with external CA/tax advisors for filings and compliance.

/n

- Assist with payroll inputs, audit schedules, financial documentation, and annual reporting.

/n

- Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system and improve finance processes as the business grows.

/n

- Work closely with account management, operations, and leadership to provide timely financial visibility.

/n /n What we're looking for /n /n

- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

/n

- 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in an agency, services, media, consulting, or fast-paced business.

/n

- Working knowledge of Indian GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic statutory compliance.

/n

- Strong proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software, plus Excel/Google Sheets.

/n

- Excellent attention to detail with zero errors, ownership, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

/n

- Explicit communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
