Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams.

The Account

Manager will oversee project accounts, prepare and track invoices, monitor budgets, and support timely delivery of services. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with project and engineering teams, resolving client queries, preparing reports, and supporting business development activities. The role also includes contributing to process improvement,



maintaining accurate documentation, and upholding the organization’s standards of integrity and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess financial and account management skills, such as budgeting, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.
