TraderzPlanet India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance Team.

This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with initial experience in accounting and finance who want practical exposure to day-to-day corporate accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries

- Prepare and process invoices and maintain proper billing records
- Maintain vendor and customer payment records
- Handle bank entries and assist with bank reconciliation

• Track receivables, payables, and outstanding payments

• Assist in GST invoices, GST records, TDS calculations, and related documentation

• Maintain cheque issuance, security cheque, and payment records

• Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, GST documents, payment confirmations, and other account-related matters





• Maintain proper Excel/MIS reports for management

• Assist with monthly account reconciliation and documentation

• Coordinate with CA/accounts consultants whenever required

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial records

Skills Required• Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST & TDS

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Understanding of invoicing, debit/credit entries, and bank reconciliation

• Knowledge of Tally/Accounting Software will be an advantage

- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple accounting responsibilities

Preferred QualificationB.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or candidates pursuing/recently completing a relevant finance or accounting qualification.

Freshers with solid accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
