ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accounts updated in a timely & accurate basis & ensure that there is a process backup in place for every critical operation

- Maintaining the stock position- Stock counting

- Mange the daily Sales Invoices, Purchase entry, vendor Payment process,

- Mange the daily returns, SPF claim for non-sellable items.

- Inventory management. Finished goods and Raw materials. Inwards and Outwards.

- Monthly Reconciliation of ZOHO Data with online sales & returns data from portals

- Ensure compliance as per government norms

- Monthly Bank reconciliation

- Individual Accounting Directors
- Monthly Debtors/Creditors ledger reconciliation

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

- All other works involved in the smooth functioning of the office

- Purchase of pantry and other office stationery

- Calculating transport cost and bills checking and accounting.
