Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

- Handle ERP entries for sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journals.

- Prepare and verify freight bills, invoices, LR/GR and trip-related documents.

- Maintain customer, transporter and vendor ledgers.

- Record and monitor diesel, toll, maintenance and other vehicle expenses.

- Maintain driver advances, trip expenses and driver settlements.

- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and cash reconciliation.

- Track accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.

- Assist with GST, TDS, e-invoice and e-way bill related work.

- Prepare daily/monthly accounting reports and MIS.

- Check supporting documents and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.

- Coordinate with operations, drivers, customers and vendors regarding billing and payments.

- Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers and other accounting documents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate/B.Com or equivalent qualification.





- Minnimum 2-3years of experience in accounting; freshers with relevant knowledge can apply.

- Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

- Knowledge of transport/fleet accounting will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of invoices, ledgers, BRS and basic accounting principles.

- Good numerical and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
