Build, lead, and scale academic operations at one of India’s growing finance education platforms.

We’re looking for an experienced Academic Operations Leader to drive:

- Academic delivery & end-to-end batch operations
- Team leadership, KRAs & performance management
- Faculty management & teaching quality
- Student experience & escalations
- Content, curriculum & assessments
- Academic performance, pass rates & learner interventions
- MIS, SOPs, process improvement & cross-functional stakeholder management
- B2B academic requirements & institutional partnerships

What we’re looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in Academic Operations / Academic Delivery / Education / EdTech.
- Qualified ACCA / US CMA / US CPA – Mandatory




- Solid team & stakeholder management experience
- Experience managing academic teams, faculty and multiple programs
- Data-driven approach to academic performance and process improvement
- Strong understanding of student experience and academic delivery
