Job Title: Research Associate

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform policy and educational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data related to schools, including academic performance, infrastructure, faculty, and student demographics.

Conduct literature reviews and benchmark studies to identify best practices.

Develop surveys, questionnaires, and interview protocols to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with school administrators, educators, and other stakeholders to gather insights.

Stay updated on educational policies, trends, and challenges affecting private schools in Hyderabad.

Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and research dissemination activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Statistics,



or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in educational research or related roles.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, SPSS, STATA, or other statistical tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi (preferred).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.

Prior experience working with schools or educational institutions is advantageous.
