Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with interested students and parents
- Understand learning goals and career interests
- Validate leads and assess admission readiness
- Share basic course information
- Maintain call records and lead status updates
- Coordinate with the counseling/sales team
- Pass qualified leads for further counseling
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Degree in Education, Psychology, IT, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in academic counseling or student support preferred
- Basic understanding of IT courses and career pathways
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
