Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.

- Explain course details, fee structure, and career scope to prospective students.

- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.

- Maintain student inquiry records and admission data.

- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission activities.

- Achieve monthly admission targets. Conduct regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into enrollments

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling

- Robust follow-up and counseling abilities

- Passion for education and student interaction

- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
