The Academic Coordinator – Batch Handling is responsible for the smooth academic and operational management of assigned batches. This role ensures effective class scheduling, faculty coordination, student engagement, attendance tracking, and timely academic updates to maintain high training quality and student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1 . Academic Operations
- Coordinate and circulate official schedules with Center Head approval.
- Track attendance, task completion and assignment submissions.
- Monitor Agency fitness and learner consistency across batches.
2. Batch Mentorship
- Conduct weekly check-ins with learners to address progress and concerns.
- Select and guide Team Leaders (TLs) for each batch.
- Ensure discipline, professional conduct, and adherence to CDA policies.
3. Reporting & Escalation
- Prepare weekly batch performance reports for the Center Head.
- Identify learners needing extra support and escalate academic/personal challenges.
- Track internship and certification eligibility of learners.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between learners and trainers for operational matters.
- Handle learner queries related to discipline, attendance, and batch matters.
- Support orientations, events, and institutional activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, student operations, or administration (preferred).
- Solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (ERP familiarity preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage conflicts diplomatically.
