CreAct Academy is looking for enthusiastic and confident Academic Counsellors to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with parents and students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them to enroll in the right courses offered by CreAct Academy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Connect with parents and students through walk-ins, calls, and scheduled meetings Explain our courses, learning manuals, robotics kits, and curriculum in a clear and engaging manner

Conduct or coordinate demo classes for parents and students

Handle one-on-one counselling sessions with parents to understand student needs

Convince and guide parents to enroll their children into suitable courses

Follow up with interested parents and close admissions

Maintain proper records of interactions, demos, and enrollments

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications





Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of sales and counselling techniques

Ability to confidently explain educational products and programs

Comfortable interacting with parents and handling objections

Positive attitude, convincing skills, and result-oriented mindset

Prior experience in education counselling / sales is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,324.15 - ₹29,000.32 per month
