Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with colleges and academic institutions.
- Conduct regular college visits and engage with Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, faculty members, and training coordinators.
- Promote the company's IT courses, career-oriented training, internship programmes, seminars, workshops, and technical sessions.
- Identify new institutional business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential partnerships.
- Generate student leads through college visits, seminars, workshops, and institutional interactions.
- Deliver professional presentations and clearly communicate the value and benefits of our programmes.
- Understand institutional training requirements and recommend relevant, industry-oriented programmes.
- Coordinate and support MoUs, partnership agreements,



and institutional collaborations where applicable.
- Follow up with colleges and prospects from initial interaction through conversion.
- Convert institutional opportunities into student enrolments, training programmes, internships, and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of college visits, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned targets related to institutional outreach, lead generation, partnerships, and enrolments.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
