Ware looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator with a strong Biology background to oversee curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and academic excellence from Primary to High School. The candidate should be a subject expert in Biology and also lead the academic team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership & Planning:

- Plan and monitor the academic calendar, curriculum, lesson plans, and syllabus completion for Science/Biology department
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum / teaching methodologies
- Set academic goals and ensure learning outcomes are achieved

1. Subject Expertise Biology:

- Teach Biology for Grade 9th & 10th (and 11th12th if required)
- Guide and mentor Biology & Science teachers to improve teaching quality
- Develop innovative teaching aids, worksheets, question banks, lab activities, and assessments for Biology
- Conduct demo classes and subject enrichment workshops for teachers

1. Teacher Mentoring & Training:

- Observe classes, give constructive feedback, and train teachers in pedagogy, classroom management
- Conduct regular teacher meetings, training sessions, and academic audits




- Support teachers in lesson planning and classroom execution

1. Student Performance & Quality:

- Analyze student performance, results, and implement remedial measures
- Organize Science exhibitions, Olympiads, NEET Foundation programs, and competitions
- Ensure effective use of labs, practicals, and activitybased learning
- 1. Coordination & Reporting:

- Coordinate with Principal, HODs, and other Coordinators
- Communicate with parents regarding academic progress where required
- Prepare academic reports, documentation, and support in CBSE inspections / audits

Requirements:
- M.Sc / B.Sc Biology / Life Sciences / Zoology / Botany + B.Ed (Compulsory)
- Teaching experience with minimum 2 years as Academic Coordinator / Biology HOD / Senior Biology Teacher
- Robust command over Biology up to Grade 10th12th (CBSE)
- Proven experience in curriculum planning, teacher observation, and academic leadership
- Excellent communication, leadership, and classroom management skills
- Techsavvy MS Office, Smart Boards, ERP
