Company Description Codex Education is an AI-powered diagnostic assessment and learning platform built exclusively for CBSE schools across India. The organization partners with more than 150 schools to help educators move beyond marks toward meaningful, actionable learning data. Its platform offers Bloom’s taxonomy-aligned prerequisite assessments for Classes 3–12, rich diagnostic reports with individual student profiles, and curriculum-aligned content mapped to NCF 2023.

Every assessment is designed to reveal not only a student’s score, but also why they are struggling, which concept is the gap, and where they stand on the cognitive ladder, enabling more targeted teaching and learning.

Role Description This is a full-time Academic Content Creator role based in the Gurugram.

The Academic Content

Creator will design and develop high-quality academic content for CBSE classes, including questions, lesson materials, assessments, and explanatory solutions aligned with Bloom’s taxonomy and NCF 2023. Daily responsibilities include researching curriculum requirements, mapping content to learning outcomes, and crafting clear, student-friendly explanations that support diagnostic insights. The role involves collaborating with subject experts, product and technology teams to refine content for digital delivery, as well as reviewing and updating existing material for accuracy, rigor, and engagement.

Creator will also analyze student performance data to iteratively improve content and contribute to new features that enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in school-level academics (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, or Social Science) and familiarity with CBSE curriculum and NCF 2023.
- Demonstrated ability to design questions, assessments, and learning materials aligned with Bloom’s taxonomy and clear learning objectives.
- Excellent academic writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, age-appropriate language.
- Experience in instructional design or educational content development, preferably for classes 3–12 in a school or edtech setting.
- Comfort working with digital tools and platforms; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret student performance data and use insights to refine content.
- Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple content projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Sciences, Languages, Social Sciences); a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.
