Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with 5 years of hands-on expertise in ERP implementations, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The role involves managing complete end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Perpetual (On-Premises) and Cloud (SaaS) environments. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, business process mapping, system configuration, data migration, functional deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead greenfield and full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across Perpetual and Cloud environments.
- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with clients.
- Map and analyze business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Warehousing.
- Configure Business Central modules according to business requirements and industry standards.
- Manage the complete data migration lifecycle, including data mapping, cleansing, loading, verification, and reconciliation.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scenarios, and user manuals.
- Deliver end-user training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide functional support during and after go-live.
- Ensure implementations follow Microsoft best practices and project methodologies, including Sure Step and Agile.




- Collaborate with technical and development teams on customizations while minimizing deviations from standard Business Central functionality.
- Act as a trusted functional subject matter expert for clients working with both Cloud and Perpetual Business Central environments.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong experience with Business Central Perpetual and Cloud environments.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Experience delivering a minimum of 4 - 6 end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Deep functional understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Sales, and Service.
- Proven experience in data migration, including master data, transactional data, and opening balances.
- Valuable knowledge of SQL Server for On-Premises data operations.
- Experience with Business Central standard data migration tools and configuration packages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional certifications.
- Experience managing multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft implementation best practices and project methodologies.
- Experience working across both On-Premises and SaaS Business Central environments.
