ROLE OVERVIEW

Role Scope: Designed for a specialized 3D Fashion Designer to build high-fidelity CLO3D simulations and advanced Blender workflows for handbags and accessories; offering a high-impact environment to pioneer digital product creation and real-time 3D asset pipelines as we scale.

Location & Work Mode: Full-time, in-office role based at our Chennai Center

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CLO3D Simulation & Pattern Modeling: Build precise 3D handbag, apparel, and accessory simulations from 2D pattern specifications, ensuring realistic material behavior, physical drape, and structural integrity.

Blender Pipeline Integration: Integrate Blender seamlessly into the CLO3D design workflow for advanced 3D modeling, mesh optimization, studio lighting, photorealistic rendering, and animation

Texture & PBR Shading: Bake high-fidelity PBR (Physically Based Rendering) texture maps to accurately replicate leather grains, fabric weaves, stitching details, edge paints, and metallic hardware.

Digital Component Assembly: Model modular bag components, closures, handles, and hardware elements for digital assembly and interactive virtual sampling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with 2D handbag designers, software engineers,



and physical sampling teams to ensure 3D deliverables strictly meet technical specifications and project timelines.

3D Web Asset Optimization: Prepare and optimize 3D digital assets (polygon reduction, texture compression, GLB/GLTF formatting) for seamless integration into real-time web rendering engines.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education & Experience: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, 3D Digital Design, Animation, or a related field with 1 to 4 years of hands-on 3D digital design experience.

CLO3D Expertise: Deep technical proficiency in CLO3D for apparel and accessory design; prior experience in simulating 3D handbag structures and leather goods is highly desired.

Blender Integration: Working knowledge in Blender for 3D modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, studio rendering, and workflow integration with CLO3D.

PBR & Material Texturing: Solid foundation in PBR shading workflows, texture baking, and digital material creation to achieve true-to-life product visualization.
