Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with strong experience in event and experiential design. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino or similar 3D software, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D concepts, event layouts, stage designs, exhibition stalls, branding elements, and experiential spaces.
- Develop detailed 3D models, renders, layouts, and design concepts based on client requirements.
- Work closely with the Creative, Client Servicing, and Production teams to develop execution-ready designs.
- Prepare mood boards, design concepts, presentations, and visual references for client pitches.
- Create compelling PowerPoint / presentation designs for events, activations, and proposals.
- Develop artwork and creative assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ensure designs are practical, visually appealing, and aligned with production requirements.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and production feasibility.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino or other 3D design software.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of event design, fabrication, materials, spatial planning, and branding.
- Strong ability to create mood boards and curate visual references.
- Excellent presentation and visual storytelling skills.
- Creative thinking with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Qualification Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, Visual Communication, or a relevant field.

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Exhibition Design, Advertising, Interior Design, or Architectural Design will be preferred.
