Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

. Perform risk assessments on security requests, network flows and exception requests.

. Challenge business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and security models.

. Escalations and alerts in case of non compliant requests / situations.

. Review and validate security exception requests across GSM and ACF perimeters.

. Ensure compliance with BNP Paribas security policies, standards and referential.

. Provide security recommendations and risk based decisions to stakeholders.

. Produce and maintain operational documentation, procedures and guidelines.

. Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation of validation processes.

Contributing Responsibilities

. Contribute to the continuous improvement of security validation frameworks and processes.

. Participate in the evolution of security models by providing operational feedback and risk expertise.

. Share knowledge and best practices within the team and across Production Security.

. Contribute to reporting activities, KPI production and operational dashboards.

. Support documentation initiatives to improve transparency, consistency and audit readiness.

. Promote a culture of security, compliance and operational excellence.

. Develop and maintain expertise on cybersecurity technologies, security controls and BNP Paribas security standards.

. Support onboarding and knowledge transfer activities within the team.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

. General IT infrastructure knowledge

. Valuable overall knowledge of IT Security threats and security solutions (Risky protocols, administration principles,



Risk vectors on an IT infrastructure)

. Network principles (IP, Protocols, Network segmentation)

. Good culture of Cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, Saas)

. Global IT culture (Application security, Environments, Workstations) Soft Skills / Background

. Automation and scripting knowledge will be appreciated

. Fluent English written and spoken. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills

. French speaking will be appreciated

. Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in cybersecurity and production environments.

. Client Focus

. Able to communicate efficiently

. Ability to coordinate with offshore teams; interface with customers, CISO teams, security architects and administration teams for issue resolution

. Project lifecycle experience, capability to follow up action plans

Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery

Specific Qualifications

. Expertise network filtering and firewall rule management.

. Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP/S).

. Experience in security policy design and access flow validation.

. Knowledge of micro segmentation and Zero Trust principles.

. Ability to assess risks and ensure compliance with security standards.

. Experience with automation and decision support tools.

. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (DORA, ECB/BCE requirements) is a plus.

. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
