Proficient with project‑management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or equivalent). . Strong data‑analysis capability – comfortable building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Excel to monitor KPI trends. . Familiarity with system integration concepts, data migration, and cut‑over rehearsals (e.g., DR drills, blue‑green deployments).

Specific Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Proficient with project‑management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with significant project management background, preferably in the financial services / banking industry
- Strong data‑analysis capability – comfortable building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Excel to monitor KPI trends.




- Familiarity with system integration concepts, data migration, and cut‑over rehearsals (e.g., DR drills, blue‑green deployments).
- Methodical, analytical, and organized, with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to smoothly collaborate with onshore stakeholders to ensure smooth onshore/offshore articulation.

Behavioral Skills Strong influencing and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to gain consensus across senior and functional leaders.. Excellent communication – clear, concise, and tailored for both technical and non‑technical audiences.. Proactive problem‑solver; calm under pressure during cut‑over windows, .
